Historic Clock Tower – Material Request Links   The Historic Clock Tower is a 4×4 community building in Downtown CityVille. It can also be placed in the Main City. It allows  2,000 Population and  1,950 Downtown Value. Finishing the Tower requires the collection of 6×6 materials. The Just in Time! goal gives the building for free.
